The US presidential candidate, Joe Biden, had sent the Albanian-American committee, the Starry portal in New York, to a letter with a several-point plan, revealing what America's relations with Kosovo and Albania will look like.
Among the provisions, Kosovo independence is cited as irreversible and in line with international law, the approach of the Trump Administration towards Kosovo and Serbia, the issue of Serbian crimes in Kosovo, the disappearances of the last war, visa liberalisation...
Joe Biden has also indicated that he supported NATO intervention in 1999 for Kosovo's liberation.
And the truthfulness of Beden's letter has been spoken of by the editor - in - law of Starry, Reuben Avxhiu.
He has made it known that the letter sent to his medium is real.
Avxhiu says there is the format of several similar statements to different ethnic communities from the Biden campaign, such as for Armenians, Irish, Calligraphy reports.
