Ivica Dacic, who has been foreign affairs minister so far, has said that the post of Serbia's Parliament Speaker, whom he holds, under the Constitution, is the highest position he's held and that only <x0) political servants or someone evil” could claim otherwise by rejecting certain claims that he was degraded.
I'm not a new politician, if it was my position I'd been through it all. This is my home return. I've been a member of parliament since 1992”, he told Daciqi Tv Pink.
