In Milan, police used tear gas to disperse protesters, since violence was reported even in the southern city of Naples.
Protests began after the central government ordered to shut down restaurants, bars, gyms and cinemas. This command went into effect at 18.
Many regions have also set up nighttime police hours, including Lombardine, where the city of Milan is located, and Piemont, where Turin is located.
Protests took place in more than ten other cities, including Rome's capital, Genoa, Palermo, and Triesta.
As the insulating measures in the spring were implemented peacefully, the announcement of new measures was immediately rejected by citizens.
Small businesses have said they are still recovering from the isolation of spring and that current measures can make businesses bankrupt.
