In a statement for Mustafa, he has named this comment as the reckless and inappropriate “”.
I appreciate that the declaration that the Constitution of Kosovo is not a Bible that cannot be changed is reckless and inappropriate. If the constitution is not a Bible according to Lajcak, then the state of Kosovo is a Bible for Kosovo citizens. No solution that makes our country dysfunctional should be accepted”, Mustafa said.
He has added that the Association Agreement should be made on the basis of 2015 pledges.
The “Agreements on Association determine that it is founded on the basis of Kosovo laws. In fact, the 2015 Agreement provided that the government's act on establishing association and any amendment of the Statu submits to the assessment of the Constitutional Court. That is not true now, for the Court has said that association is founded only under the first arrangement of 2013. We also have Mogher's pledge in 2015 that the EU's view is that association is not the third power and that there is no executive competence”, he stressed further on time.
All in the end, the LDK chairman said that “Kosovo does not need to change attitudes, just as people in the EU” change.
