This new conclusion will be with fewer restrictions than at the beginning of the pandemic.
However, schools and daily care centres according to the prime minister will remain open.
Meetings with many will be banned as well as visits to other people's homes. Also prohibited are non - essential travel, such as walking or going out for training.
Europe is facing the second wave of deadly virus, while governments are also implementing local measures.
The total number of people affected by Covid-19 in Ireland increased to 50,000, while by now about a thousand people have changed their lives.
