Deputy Prime Minister Bajram Gecja said this is good news for all citizens. As of October 1st, the Civil Recording Agency has started with the application for international driver's license.
The application takes place at all the Document Equipment Centres, according to procedures laid down in administrative guidelines for determining form, content and launch procedure for international patents in the Republic of Kosovo.
