“in processes such as this of the dialogue should be entered with more self-confidence and full strategic thought. Dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia should reshape, dealing only with one topic, with recognition of Kosovo. In such a process, The PDK would naturally agree to contribute in the country's service. While for the Hoti Government, Hoxhaj says he so far lacks concrete results.
“We think that this government's beginning has had it as a tired government, its work has been exhausted, and so far there are no concrete results”, Hoxhaj has indicated in a television debate.
On the other hand, he says that this government does not have the political capacity of experience and knowledge to face major challenges and topics like the dialogue process with Serbia.
The “is at the same time a government which has big challenges and themes which are beyond its political, experience and dysos”, Hoxhaj added.
