Maximum care to cope with the second wave of divided-19

Europe and the countries of the region have already been involved in the second wave of pandemic by individuals-19. In Kosovo, the numbers of those affected yesterday have become three-way, while the number of affected within 24 hours is twice as high as the number of cures.

Our institutions are doing all necessary actions, but we need maximum care and full solidarity to avoid total closure:
1. The SHSKUK has plans to activate additional beds in Pristina and regional hospitals, as well as plans to reshape medical staff as necessary.
2. Testing capacities have increased, enabling almost all who need testing to be tested overnight, and testing will soon be decentralised in the region.
3. I The KSHPK has established regional intelligence facilities to identify infectious centres.
4. There's additional control in the school.
5. The list of places at risk is being revised to prevent travel from those countries, always based on relevant protocols.
6. The relevant inspectors have been activated to monitor the implementation of the measures.
7. On regular weekly grounds, we are co-ordinating with international partners who are supporting us in coping with the situation.

But we need to exercise maximum care at work, at school, in business, on the streets, and in any public - gathering activity. We need to have understanding to avoid all public gatherings of any nature, as recommended by the Ministry of Health and ISHPK.
