The country's prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, has said that the disappearance of Task-Forca occurred as it was illegal, according to him her work will continue unhindered in all cases under consideration.
He said that each lawyer knows he is clear that the 2010 decision on Task-Force within the Kosovo Police is a non-religious issue.
According to him, eliminating this Task Force is being criticised by those who fear.
I can tell you they're criticising those who fear we have to go to the end and have no doubts about it. Time will tell him all”, he said.
“The states are divided and the government cannot ask the prosecution to establish specific structures. It is a matter of prosecutorial law on how to organise”, he said.
We recall that criticism of the disappearance of Task-Forca also came from US Ambassador to Pristina Philip Costett, who called it the wrong decision by Prime Minister Hoti.
