Hoti suggests that dialogue must end with mutual recognition

In a Twitter post, the head of the local executive has provided details from the conversation with the Slovak diplomat.

Hoti said Kosovo remains committed to dialogue with Serbia, but that this process should end with a legally binding agreement leading to mutual recognition.
