The government through a statement to the media points out that these scandalous statements, except that they seriously insult all victims of Serbian crimes, testify before the world that official Belgrade, throughout these years, deliberately and consciously has covered the crime tracks, hiding the whereabouts of mass graves, in which hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians have ended.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo opposes this political opinion and we expect the international community, separately the European Union and the United States of America, as irreplaceable factors for building peace and the Euro-Atlantic perspective of the Western Balkans. The government of the Republic of Kosovo is determined to work committed to a peaceful future in the region and will continue to co-operate strongly with Western allies for the quickest integration into the large family of civilized and Euro-Atlantic states, in which there is no room for hatred against other ethnicities”, the Government's statement said.
