Hoti with the cabinet: Kah went to Albania without masks, where they turned without them

While in Kosovo and Albania it is being commented on what Albanian leaders signed and said in the joint meeting of the two governments, Prime Minister Hoti and his cabinet are returning to Pristina from Tirana.

In a photograph published by Hoti's cabinet chief, Ardia Dushi, during their bus trip, none of the top officials, including the prime minister, are wearing masks and distances as they have ordered themselves.

Otherwise, according to the Health Ministry's decision whether there is more in a travel vehicle than one person wearing masks, but this is respected by the minister who issued this order, Andmend Zemaj.

While Kosovo police have imposed a number of fines on citizens for not wearing masks, it is its head, Interior Minister Agim Veliu, who has also committed this violation.

But as law enforcement, they showed up as they were going to Albania, where they were all seen in masks.
