And besides this memorial, many others have been raised where, on marked dates, institutional leaders bowed down and promised to whiteen their fate.
But the wait has tired the family of the missing and the pain adds even more when there are statements by Serbian officials on the issue of the found.
Recently Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, in a TV show in Serbia, nervously said that they should do something with Serbs showing where Albanians are buried in Serbia.
However, the immediate has also been the reaction of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Haradinaj Stublla, through a letter sent to Quinn's ambassadors in Kosovo and Serbia, has demanded a conviction from them for Serbia's government.
Ivica Dacic's statement on missing persons has also been called from the stem centre for missing persons.
The latter have even said that Daçic is the very address to be held accountable for the fate of the found persons.
Cerkini says the international community can do more in whitewashing these cases.
Although 21 years have passed since the war in Kosovo, over 1600 people are still unknown.
There were pledges that this topic would be opened to the Serbian side but that the neighbouring state has not been willing to co-operate.
