He at today's Assembly session has said that if Albin Kurti's party provides the necessary votes for the establishment of a no-confidence motion against the government, then the Democratic Party of Kosovo will give its 24 votes to take Hoti home.
Hamza has also asked Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani to join this motion.
“I invite the Government of Kosovo to resign because it has turned into an obstacle to addressing the challenges and needs the country has. Even the Speaker of the Assembly if she is expressing dissatisfaction with him to join this motion, to be brought to the Parliament, and to the moment 40 votes are made and the terms are set for me to vote, the Democratic Party of Kosovo will give 24 votes for. And then there are conditions for the country to go to choice”, Hamza said.
