The brother of Mayor Ismet Rugova, who through a Facebook post, says President Rugova has said that several months is under constant pressure, blackmail and vicious attacks on the chairman, the company “M.con” and generally against our family, wrote Ismet Rugova, Hakki Rugova's brother.
