At the agenda points that members of the Kosovo Assembly's Headship will have for discussion are the unfinished point from the plenary sessions, held on 7, 13, 14 August and 17, 18, 21, 25, 28 September and October 8, 2020.
Part of this will be the principled vote of the KLA War Values Bill, the vote of the draft resolution by Kosovo Prime Minister Agim Veliu's report of Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti on the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, the vote of the draft resolution by Interior Minister Agim Veliu, in the request of MP Fatmire Kolcakuu, signed by nine other MPs from the Parliamentary Group of the Vetevendosje Movement, in connection with the entry and patrol of members of Serbia's territory, Kosovo's Karadzic, respectively, and the draft vote for the provisional Action of the Commission without the verdict.
The head of the Assembly will discuss preparations for the new plenary session, part of which will be under review a set of bills, such as the International Development Agreement ratification Bill for Kosovo and the International Development Association concerning financing of the programme, promotion and enabling water security opportunities, the Bill for the ratification of the Framework Agreement between the Council of Europe Development Bank and Kosovo the instrument for public sector financing for emergency response to the COVI-19, review of the ratification of the country's country's country's liquidity Agreement between Kosovo and European Development Bank.
Also, the starting point of the new session agenda, for which the date is expected to be set today, will also be the review of the Bureau's Financial Account ratification Bill between Kosovo and the European Investment Bank for the Black Water Impiant Project in Gjilan, the first review of the Petition Bill,
The first review of the Law on Changing Religious Freedom in Kosovo, the first review of the Law on Change and Fulfilling of the Law on Finance of Political Subjects, the first review of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kosovo, the review of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo's 2019, the appointment of six members of the Council for Free Jury Assistance and the election of three members of the Independent Media Commission.
