The chief of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Arben Gashi, has had a series of remarks on the draft law regarding the restriction of car counterparts proposed by the Vetevendosje Movement.
“Today we have a very simple bill in front of us, unfortunately very sorry to reason and wrongly written”, Gashi said, as he read some of the points of the bill, giving him the remarks he had.
One point of this bill, according to Gashi, is even unconstitutional.
Next “Pix: The list of states designated in paragraph 1.19 of this article could be changed or fulfilled by the ministry with the approval of the relevant parliamentary commission. This is unconstitutional. The parliamentary commission cannot make decisions on behalf of the Parliament. The decision will be made in session”, Gashi said.
For LDK, the bill proposed by LVV has room for interpretations, while adding that it must be revised overall. Until then, it has stressed that this bill is not voted by LDK deputies.
“should be brought and revised overall. That thought has no government opinion and we refrain from voting”, Gashi said.
