The Ministry of Finance has provided details on how the measure 1.1 benefit of the Kosovo Government's decision aims at supporting business for a part of the wage subsidy.
According to the MF), all profitable businesses have only been selected on the basis of objective criteria and declared data by taxpayers in the ATK's MDI system.
No change of data from taxpayers to the ATK system after the government's decision was made (28.09.200) was taken into account, except for an update of the account and e-mail address, for which they have been constantly called. No business has applied, nor has it sent any data or information to the Interministerial Commission or the MF/ ATK. Equipment of data with the aim of applying the criteria opened by the Commission is done through electronic tools, focusing solely on the taxpayer's stated sector/activity, based on unique identification numbers”, says the MF report.
In this institution, the subvention for a business based on these criteria is based on the number of employees, only as an objective reference to the fair, objective and equal subvention of 60m euros.
“in the case of larger businesses, in the application of the government's decision [days 12.10.20], when businesses declared more than 50 people declared in December 2019 and when reducing the number declared in ATK in proportion to July 2020 was over 5 per cent, the number declared in December/2019 has been taken away in the report.
