If we start an inoculation campaign and by the second or third quarter of 2021 we have vaccinated a considerable portion of people, I think we should wait until the end of 2021, and maybe even next year, before we start having some images of normality,” said Fauci at Melbourne University.
However, Fauci noted that political divisions and fears of economic losses have affected the way the US is walking with pandemic.
