Six false veterans in Gjilan are charged with an indictment

According to the charges, defendants F.A., R.R., A.A., I.R., A.H. and F.D. have put into effect the Government Commission of the Republic of Kosovo and the Ministry of Social Goodness, in the way that they have met with false data the applications dedicated to active participants in the KLA, that they have been engaged in military activities of logistics, where these applications have been delivered to the War Veterans Association of War in the Gulf, with what indictees are known to the status of months-long war veterans, and to 170 euros.

Defenders F.A., R.R. and A.A. have already damaged the budget of the Republic of Kosovo, in many of the 8,840m, defendant I.R., in many of the 5,610m, defendant A.H., in many of the 7.140m and F.D., in many of the 5,540.

All the defendants have damaged the Kosovo Republic budget, amounting to 44.810 Euros.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has proposed to the competent Court in Gjilan, that the defendants be found guilty of criminal acts and the same be obliged to compensate for the damage caused.
