Pakistan had admitted before the police that the magazine had been targeted after publishing the cartoons of the prophet Muhammad.
Earlier this month, a history teacher, Samuel Payy, was also killed in a head-to-head attack in northern Paris as well as because of the prophet's cartoons, reports the Daily Oil, translated Periscope.
The recent attack on Nice is now believed to have left two people dead at least near a cathedral with the mayor of the city saying that “everything led to a terrorist attack”.
The attack was launched at 9am according to local reports. /Periscope
