Abrashi has mentioned projects that they have presented in the United States and promises they have made about their realisation.
The first “Project is about building road axiss and airlines, according to good intentions letters. Then construction of the Besie Highway to Merdarne, which is ready for implementation. The second project concerns the construction of the railway from Pristina to Merdare, with a length of 45km”, Abrashi said.

Abrashi has also spoken about the possibility of Kosovo having access to the Adriatic Sea.
“What is important to mention for the highway and railway project, Kosovo through projects funded by the EU is rehabilitation of infrastructure one south in the north, while the American state is west and east. Within Pristina's connection to the Adriatic Sea we have presented the idea for a deep port. This port would compete against other ports in the Mediterranean. Other projects we've presented during meetings with American corporations. Other projects that are not part of the agreement, but that have been discussed on the sidelines, we will discuss other projects that could spur economic development. We discussed the construction of the highway from Bresalci to the White East, we also discussed Brezovica”, Abrashi added.
