At the invitation of the EU Special Emissar for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, the Kosovo delegation, led by State Co-ordinator Skender Hyseni, has travelled to Brussels on Wednesday.
Today, the next meeting with the delegation from Serbia is expected to take place, until it has become known that the topic of discussion will be to resolve financial claims and property issues between the two countries.
With the mediation of emissary Lajcak, at today's meeting the delegations will continue the discussion launched at last meeting on the issue.
Kosovo- Serbia was blocked after Serbia's insistence that the issue of association be discussed again within the dialogue.
The Kosovo side had opposed this until, to reconcile the EU's emissary parties, there was a several-day visit to Kosovo and Serbia.
He has called for compromises from Kosovo, saying constitutional changes must be made to agree to this point as well. According to Lajcak, Kosovo's Constitution is not meant to be changed.
