US Deputy Ambassador Visits RTK, Sends Message of Politics, Away From RTK

US Vice Ambassador Nicholas Giacobbee has visited Kosovo Radio Television today. At the meeting, he was hosted by Director General Intervention Kastrati, Chairman of the Board. RTK's Sali Basota General announced it for developments in the public broadcaster, as well as for trends that through budgetary restrictions put pressure on public broadcasters.

He also announced Mr. Giacobe for the responsibilities RTK has in front of the audience and for transparent accountability.

The focus of the discussion was also competitions for management positions and the selection of professional people in the right positions. Mr. Giacobbe has donated a grant to equipment for the research show “In the survey of journalist Arben Rashitti's” and has vowed that the American Embassy will continue to support it. RTK as a public broadcaster, in particular for the realisation of this journalistic craft. The deputy ambassador then visited the objects where it is located RTK-TV to see the working conditions closely.
