There's no deal to transfer convicts

The chairman of the Commission for Legislation, LDK deputy Rock Manaj, said it helps convicts with social rehabilitation.
“The importance of transferring convicted persons lies in helping convicts to social rehabilitation, and with this agreement Kosovo takes over obligations to its citizens who may be convicted and may be serving the sentence in Italy”, he said.
