In Albania, six deaths from COVID-19 have been recorded in the last 24 hours, bringing the total figure to the dead since the beginning of the pandemic to 493. Also recorded were 311 new infected from 1397 tests.
The total figure of the infected has reached 20.040.

COVID19/ Health Ministry: 1378 tests, 85 healed, 311 new cases and 6 loss of life in the last 24 hours
We inform you about the epidemiological situation in the last 24 hours of COVID19 in Albania: Thirteen78 tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours, of which have resulted positive 311 citizens affected by the SARS-COV2 virus.
Eighty-five citizens have been healed, bringing the number of cures to 10,893 instead of the beginning of the epidemic.
Positive cases confirmed in the last 24 hours have been identified in these municipalities:
100 cases in Tirana, 66 in Fierc, 32 in Durres, 17 in Malakaster, 14 in Vlora, 11 cases in Lushnje, Berat, out of 10 cases in Pogradec, Skrapar, 8 in Roskovec, 7 in Pecin, 4 in Elbassan, 3 in Lezha, from 2 cases in Korca, Mirdita, Gjirokaster, from 1 case in Kruje, Kurbin, Devol, Kuke, Tropoj, Tupj, Tepelnenene, Diva, Graz, Morak, Mali Patos, Polican.
Currently in Infective Hospital and “Shefqet Ndkoqi” is treating 289 patients, 11 in intensive therapy from which 5 patients are assembled.
In the last 24 hours, despite doctors ' efforts, unfortunately they have lost their battle with COVIID19, a 53-year-old from Fieri, a 59-year-old and a 61-year-old from Prrenjas, a 61-year-old from Corca, a 65-year-old from Tirana, an 80-year-old from Elbasan with co-operative diseases. The Ministry of Health and Social Protection expressed their condolences.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection appeals to citizens to keep the mask in open environments outside the home in order to minimize the spread of infection.
The mask/Face protection helps reduce the spread of infection in the community by minimising its transmission through sprays by infected individuals.
