Crime takes a heavy hit: Police report that they confiscated a stolen TV and handcuffed three young people

Police have confiscated a TV and four voice expanders who have returned to the owner.
By order of the State Attorney, the first and third suspects have been detained for 48 hours, while the second suspect has been released in regular procedure.
