China reported 10 new cases with COVID-19 on 1 October, the country's health authority announced on Friday, Reuters reports.
The National Health Commission said in a statement all new cases were imported infections involving travelers from abroad.
The number of new asimtomatic cases, which China does not calculate as confirmed cases COVID-19, increased to 33 from 10 a day ago.
The total number of COVID-19 infections on the continent now stands at 85,424, while the total number of deaths remained unchanged in 4,634.
