In the announcement sent by the QKUK, it becomes known that the decision on Sejdiu's return to work has been postponed until a judicial decision, according to the indictment by the USKKUK's Steering Board.
Kosovo's “Bord Director of the Kosovo Clinical and University Hospital Service has accepted from the Constitutional Court in Pristina, A.n.1690/2020, through which the SKKUK Steering Board's request has been announced to have been approved to delay the execution of the Labour Inspectorate's decision by No. 7389 on the date 05.10.20, for the return of former SKKKUK Director General Basri Sejdiu to the crucial judicial decision, according to the indictment made by the SKKKUK Steering Board”, the report said.
The SHSKUK Steering Board once again expresses conviction that the decision to sack the former SKKKUK director general is fair and based”, the announcement stresses.
