Coronavirus situation in Kosovo: 1,000, 197 active cases, 647 dead

So has the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo announced in its last 24-hour report.

“over the last 24 hours, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSCK and private labs with RT- The PCR, a total of 680 samples taken by the SSKKUK and tracking ground-related contacts, out of which 49 positive cases result. Two cases of SARS deaths reported within 24 hours CoV-2 positive (1 case General Gjakova Hospital and 1 case Pec General Hospital).”, says the Institute's announcement.

The same suggest that the total number of positive cases so far is 16,179 cases out of 74,586 suspicious persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 647 cases of death.

During the last 24 hours, 53 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 14,335, while the number of active cases is 1,197.
