Xhafer Gashi, former commander of The KLA, which has fought in Kostunica, has indicated whether there are mortar remains of Serbian soldiers.
It was one of the fiercest battles of war in Kosovo.
Major losses were marked in the war in Kostunica, which lasted more than two months.
The Serbian Army was the one who suffered most, leaving in the end with a large number of soldiers killed.
Many of the soldiers withdrew, but 21 years later, the Serbian side claims there are still Serb troops in Kostunica.
And for that reason, last Friday a team of the Serbian Commission for the Undiscovered, together with their Kosovo counterparts, remained in the border village between Kosovo and Albania.
The Serbian side's claims were based on several satellite photographs, meanwhile, only domestic research remains.
However, this is viewed as hard to believe by those who fought in this area.
However, Deputy Commander for Intelligence and Counter-intelligence Xhafer Gashi claims that a large number of Albanian troops have been buried outside Kosovo.
The challenge is optimistic that these bodies will be found and returned to their homeland.
Gashi, but other fighters who have participated in the Vojhara Battle and other battles, proudly speak for the time.
