Clark has said that the deal on economic normalisation in Washington, if implemented, will have an extremely positive impact on the economies of both countries and the entire Balkans, but this says it will only be possible if the influence of Russia and China in the region diminishes.
The American general has said that any negotiations under US mediation are a positive step.
