Change Manual: Even if you don't wear masks when you walk alone

After Change of Anti-Summer Measures CO V ID, the Health Ministry has published the final mask guide indicating when citizens should use masks and when not. One version of the guide said that masks can be removed during walking only on the street. However, this point has been removed and eventually punished anyone who hasn't had a mask [...]
According to the first version of the MSH guide published, masks are not necessary to use in these cases:
-During walking on the street when you're alone; Anyone with respiratory problems (offered proof of respiratory disease); If you're alone in the car; People who cannot set or remove their mask because of a physical, mental, or some injury or disability and other occasions.
However, in the guide they sent shortly after the first was released, on September 25th, another version of the guide was released, where the point was removed that “while walking on the road when you are only” may not be wearing masks.
