Central Election Commission Information Officer Valmir Elezi, in an interview for Online Economy, has said the CEC is facing a pandemic situation for the first time.

“Just as the decree of the president of the Republic is binding on us to organise elections in co-ordination and co-ordination with relevant institutions in accordance with the central election commission will communicate with these institutions to take counsel and instruction, but also recommendations on how to act as an institution to organise the electoral process, even in terms of these” issues.
According to him, the CEC has decided to certified a new voter list that will include all citizens who turn 18 years.

The application period for voter registration abroad begins on October 30th and ends on November 7th”.
Even voters who were registered earlier and who sent the package with a ballot through mail should register and send back the ballot package. This period from October 30th to November 7th is also the period for voter registration abroad for the northern Mitrovica municipality of”.
