The municipality is planning for such a decision to be made in November, until it is expected to take effect by next year.
Pristina Mayor Shpend Ahmeti says that through the project, in which the rings are being built, the resolution of the busy traffic problem is also envisioned.
According to him, payment entry into the capital will eliminate the toll in communications, since road expansion is not a solution, as he says.
Now in November, we start a new project that we are ahead of the signing, where there will be payments I believe we will be able to implement since next year, payment for entry into the capital. All of this with the idea that, but people need squirrels, but not as fast as we drive them. Pristina is a small town, from edge to end for half an hour you can walk.”, Ahmeti told a local television.
Meanwhile, the former Vetevendosje Parliament, in Pristina, Eman Candman, says such a decision is illegal. He has said the idea that the parking lot at Pristina's entrance would be paid off has been of his political subject.
During this statement, the president may have been drunk in one of the nymphs he keeps with the PDK overnight. But such a thing is impossible to accomplish and will not be allowed to happen. I believe it's about building parking lots at the entrance of Pristina, which has been the promise of the Vetevendosje Movement, and that's where we will realise from the beginning of the new mandate where Pristina's chairman will be from LVV.”, Kundman said.
Citizens of other countries say they will not welcome such a decision whenever it happens.
According to them, payment entrance will only make even bigger traffic messes.
They say that in addition to the many services they perform during the day in Pristina, many of them also work in institutions and have to travel from other Kosovo cities.
