For the Podujevo municipality, he said there has been no need for new certificates since this was carried out during February, when elections for this municipality had to be held.
He announced that the deadline for certificate to participate in the extraordinary elections in North Mitrovica ends tomorrow.
“This deadline by the terms set by the CEC ends by October 30th and until 18th The CEC will expect applications of political subjects, which want to be certified for participation in these elections. After the end of this period, the CEC will review all apps and then decide regarding their Certificate or not”, he told Kosovas.
Elections in the Podujevo and North Mitrovica municipality are taking place after the mayors have resigned to take office in the country's government. Citizens of these two municipalities will head to the ballot boxes on November 29th.
