In this request, Hysri Peqani, known as “Burdushi” handed him over to the Kosovo Judiciary Council on Tuesday.
Through it, Burdushi is demanding full compensation of 7m euros, with the reasoning that he was kept in custody without grounds, and caused material damage.
In fact, this indictment against Hysri Peqan was prewritten, and for that there is an act of Constitutional Court in Prizren.
The case occurred in 2014.
