Dear citizens, I announce that tomorrow, Friday, at 1500 p.m., there will be a burial of Hasan and Blerian Arifay, at Ratish village of Upper. The funeral ceremony will be organised by the Decani Local Institutions. Comfort the Ariphaj family and all citizens for tragic loss!
