The brain of coronary patients ages 10 years ago

From the beginning of the coronary pandemic, scientists have shown people how the virus affects the body and what people would experience after the contracting of SARS-CoV-2. But a recent study has revealed that the brain of patients after healing by COVID-19 can age 10 years ago. Early studies showed that [...]
Early studies showed how coronary can affect the human brain, causing anxiety, confusion, fatigue, and stroke. As each month passes, it is becoming increasingly clear that COVID-19 can cause neurologic problems in patients.
A London Royal College study now revealed that infection can cause mental decline equivalent to brain aging for 10 years.
Doctor Adam Hampshire conducted a study along with other researchers who included over 84,000 people, where in some serious cases of COVID-19, the infection is linked to significant cognitive deficits per month.
Our “Analysis agrees with the view that there are chronic cognitive consequences of having COVID-19. People who had recovered, including those who no longer reported symptoms, displayed considerable cognitive deficits”, he said.
Experts said in some worse cases the effects of infection have been found equivalent to the average 10-year decline in global performance between the ages of 20 and 70.
