Former Netherlands Ambassador Robert Bosch has criticised European Union Special Envoy Miroslav Lajcak, who said that “Kosovo must change the constitution because it is not the” Bible.
According to him, who also cites a statement by former negotiator Edita Tahiri, it is Serbia that should change the constitution.
“I cannot imagine that an honoured diplomat, such as Lajcak, in the quality of the European Union's special envoy, has urged Kosovo to change the Constitution in order to enable association. As she rightly said, Edita Tahiri, Serbia is the one that must change the Constitution, since on the annex of Resolution 1244, the 1989 situation, the autonomous entity, is said to be valid for Kosovo. Lajcak probably had to do some homework”, Bosch wrote.
