Before taking him to Florida, Joe Biden stopped for a while to talk to the media.
Asked to comment on the president's provisional departure case, Donald Trump from Walter Reed Hospital, where he is being treated for coronavirus, the Democrat has been reluctant to declare itself about the health of rival Republican, CNN reports.
Asked whether he would debate with the president on October 15th, Biden replied that “if scientists say it's safe and the distance is sufficient, then it's good. I'll do whatever the experts say is appropriate to do”, broadcast the Telegraph.
He added that he is eagerly welcoming the upcoming “debate, even though it is not known whether it will be held. “I'm not an expert on this, but I think we should be very careful because I've been thinking all the time and I'll keep listening to scientists”, he said, and then added, “But I can't wait to have a chance to have a next appointment if this happens”.
Otherwise, Trump had recently left Maryland military hospital, and this had caused great criticism at the American president's address.
