Bajrami: Constitution is not changed to make place of association

Commenting on Miroslav Lajcak's request for a change in Kosovo's Kustitua, for Kosteti made the association of Serb majority municipalities, the professor and one of the founders of the Constitution, Arsim Bajrami, says this cannot happen.

He says constitutional changes to make the constitutional association a category would jeopardise the unitary character of the state.

But I think that no Kosovo leader will allow plans beyond Ahtisaari's plan. Any change in the Constitution risks the unitary character of the state.
