Do not apply to international organisations, Osman clashes with Hoti

The adoption of the government's circuit that all Kosovo institutions do not apply to international organisations has become a bore between Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti at today's plenary session. Osman let Hot know that this circuit is not for the people's chosen ones, since they [...]
Osmani suggested that this circuit is not worth the people's choice, as they did not mandate the government for the September 4th agreement in Washington for normalising economic relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
She has indicated that very soon Kosovo will apply in one of the international organisations.
When you stress all institutions, have you thought that the Kosovo Assembly is here? MPJD cannot first release circuit for the Assembly, but this would be possible if two circumstances existed. If the document signed to be ratified in the Kosovo Assembly, then of course it would form a commitment to the Assembly. Or the second that before you went to Washington, the Parliament would have mandated you with a resolution or a special act so that you could take office for the Parliament. We didn't even mandate you to do the horror on behalf of all institutions, and the second one we didn't mandate. In the absence of these two, I hope the minister won't even try to send us a circuit like that, but if he tries, this Parliament has never expressed its will for the mortorium for not applying. We will continue with our drafted plan, we will soon apply to one of the organisations that we see has momentum”, Osmani said.
But Prime Minister Hoti, ignoring the Ottoman prime minister, said he does not know whose address she addressed.
“are 40-50 deputies I don't know who was addressed with that question”, he said.
And in her response, Chief Parliamentary Osmani explained that the question was addressed exactly to Prime Minister Hoti.
The “The document I read is of the Government of Kosovo. Last time I checked, you're in the seat of the prime minister of this government. So, of course the question is for you”, Osman said.
Despite the insistence, Prime Minister Hoti did not choose to respond to Osman.
