The Constitutional Court Act in Gjilan, dated 20. 09.20, through which defendants F.L. and 29 others have been assigned detention measures until October 17th, respectively, have remained in force.
The Court of Appeals estimated that there is a doubt that if defendants are on freedom, they can influence evidence or witnesses and prevent the normal course of criminal procedure or repeat criminal work.
The court has reviewed the constitutional law and other measures which the Criminal Procedure Code envisions, but has found that they are not sufficient for successful implementation of the criminal procedure.
According to the prosecution, defendant F.L. He has allegedly committed criminal acts of smuggling with goods, organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling.
Defendants H.K., S.C., I.S., F.C., A.C., F.Z., R. TH., S.G., S.N., S.M., Mr.A. D.S., A.T., A.S., B.S., F.S., A.S., N.C., S.D., B.S., F.S.S., S.S., E.C., F.S., F.S., and V.S. They are suspected of criminal smuggling by goods, while, Y.F., R.G., N.C. and L.G., for criminal work organizing pyramid schemes and illegal gambling.
