Important announcement for citizens who have applied for identification, but have not yet received it

Kosovo citizens who have applied to be equipped with identification, have failed to receive it for weeks now. The Ministry of Internal Affairs on September 1st has announced that because of COVID-19, the Civil Record Agency, it has not long managed to carry out all [...] procedures.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs on September 1st has announced that due to COVID-19, the Civil Record Agency has not long managed to carry out all necessary procedures for sufficient literature supplies.
As a result, many citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who have applied for identification have unfortunately failed to be equipped in advance.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has taken all necessary actions so that in the short term, as long as it is supplied with necessary materials, in order to enable it to provide IDs to all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
Until then for carrying out the necessary services, currency passports from the Republic of Kosovo will be used, the announcement said.
However, by MPB for IndexOnline, they have confirmed that in co-operation with the Civil Record Agency, they have made a solution for residents of the Republic of Kosovo.
From this institution, they said that in cases where citizens seek civilian documents, respectively, extract from the Civil State Central Register, the amendment is issued with photographs.
The Civil Register's <x0);Agent, due to circumstances created by the Cavid-19 pandemic, in the inability for citizens to be equipped with IDs from the Republic of Kosovo, have authorized Civil State Offices, in cases where citizens require civil state documents, respectively, from the Civil Status Central Register, to be issued with photographs, or as the old practice of launching the exclusives with photographs of the side, which is subject to data. Since the Civil Record Agency is currently unable to equip citizens with IDs for various technical causes, this procedure will facilitate citizens' realisation of certain rights (requirements) within the country”, their response is said.
The problem has also been faced with university student candidates.
But even the Ministry of Education and Science have confirmed that this practice can be used.
