“IN Albania, Boiken Abazi, has been arrested by police on the way as they went to attend the peaceful protest rally at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This arrest is typically ordered. The arrest was carried out before the rally began, even before Boiken Abazi arrived at the announced location for the” rally, the LVV's announcement said.
Vetevendosje has indicated that this rally concerns the Greek foreign minister's visit to Tirana and that this protest is organised by the “Chemmeria” Association.
“The peaceful delegation protesters organised by the Association “Cameria” and the PDIU for the occasion of Greek foreign minister's visit to Tirana is aimed at extending demands on resolving the Albanian issue of Chemmeria, abolishing war law and deleting fair maritime borders. The LVV has called for the head of their centre in Tirana to be released.
