According to the Health Ministry, only in the last 24 hours have 165 people tested positive in 960 tests conducted.
Positive cases confirmed in the last 24 hours have been identified in these municipalities: 81 cases in Tirana, 21 cases in Fier, 11 cases in Pogradec, 7 cases in Lushnje, 6 cases in Shkodra, Lezha, 5 cases in Kruja, Berat, 4 cases in Vlora, 3 cases in Korca, Elbasan, Kavaja, 2 cases in Rrogozhina, Tropoja, Great Malece, 1 case in Mirlakaster, Vajgurrea, Roskovec.
In the meantime three people have lost their battle with the virus by changing lives.
In the last 24 hours, despite doctors' efforts, unfortunately have lost their battle with COVIED-19, a 63-year-old from Burreli, a 66-year-old from Tirana, an 83-year-old from Shkodra” informs the Ministry of Health.
The good news is that 102 citizens have been healed in 24 hours, bringing the number of cured instead to 9406 since the outbreak began.
Currently available at Infective Hospital and “Chiefs Rudqi” treating 232 Patients, 15 in intensive therapy, of which 4 patients are assembled.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection calls on citizens to implement measures to prevent the spread of COVID19.
