The LDK is handed over to Haradinaj, the Dukagjini highway will build the Democratic Law of Kosovo and the head of the Kosovo government, Avdullah Hoti, has surrendered to Ramush Haradinaj's AAK for the construction work of the Dukagjini Highway, despite saying such a road will be built.
Infrastructure Minister Arba Abrashi, at today's Government Meeting, has confirmed that construction of the Dukagjin Highway has been included in the 2021 draft.
A project that we contracted earlier, but it needs additional funding to finalise is the construction of the Dukagjini Highway, Istog-Peje-Decan-Gjakove”, Abrashi said on Friday.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo, led by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, has held today the regular, 38th in a row, where it has adopted Bills and various decisions in the areas of constitutional and legal responsibilities.
At today's meeting, the draft law on budgetary divisions for the Kosovo Republic budget for 2021 has been adopted, which will be prosecuted in the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament for review and approval. The budget for 2021 plans to enter according to fiscal projections in the amount of 1 billion and 885.9m euros, which is 97.4m euros more than last year. Budget expenditures for 2021 are projected to total 2 billion and 412.6m euros, or 207.6m euros smaller than the previous year.
The preparation and harmonisation of the demands of budget organisations for the 2021 budget has conveyed the fraught situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, but also income projections and overall budget expenditures. This situation has also made it difficult to predict developments, as well as a deficit worth 4.2 percent of Bruto Local Production (BPV), which will be fulfilled with the release of valuable letters from the Treasure of the Republic of Kosovo and external financing.
The draft budget, in accordance with the law, will be processed today in the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament for approval.
