649 dead from COVID-19 in Kosovo

In the last 24 hours in the country, 98 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded.
As of March 13th and so far, the number of positive cases with COVID-19 has gone to 16 thousand and 345.
The data from the Kosovo National Institute of Public Health (IKSHPK) suggests that 14 thousand and 405 people have managed to recover from the coronary virus. But besides, there are 649 who lost their lives because of COVID-19.
And 1,000 and 291 cases are active.
“over the last 24 hours, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSCK and private labs with RT- The PCR, a total of 685 samples taken by the SSKKUK and tracking ground case contacts, resulting in 98 positive cases. Within 24 hours a SARS death case has been reported CoV-2 positive (1 case Gjakova Hospital). The total number of positive cases is 16,345 cases out of 75,973 suspicious persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 649 cases of death. During the last 24 hours, 37 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 14,405 cases, while the number of active cases is 1,2911>, said IKSHPK's data.
Most of the positive cases for 24 hours have been presented in the Pristina municipality. There are 37 cases in Pristina municipality alone, while 10 cases are in the Vushtrri municipality, 9 in Drenas, 6 in Decani. Also listed are Mitrovica, while 4 cases are in Fushe Kosovo, 4 in Gjilan, 2 in Podujevo, and in one case are the municipalities of Elez, Istog, Kamenica, Kline, Pec, Shtimes, Scytheright and Suhareka.
