Albania's Ministry of Health and Social Protection reports that during this period of time 106 citizens have recovered, while mostly new cases have been confirmed in Tirana 184, followed by Korca with 23, Vlora 12, Kucova 11, etc.
Currently in Infective Hospital and “Shefqet Ndkoqi” is treating 271 patients, 16 in intensive therapy of which 9 patients are assembled.
Despite doctors' efforts, unfortunately, they have lost their battle with COVIID19, a 64-year-old from Elbasan, a 65-year-old from Tropoja, a 77-year-old from Tirana, an 81-year-old from Gramshi.
Since the outbreak of the coronary epidemic in Albania has confirmed 19,157 cases, of them 10,654 have healed, 8,026 are still active cases, while the battle with dangerous disease has lost 477 patients.
